AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Beaumont, Texas, 77707!
We are seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an assignment in a healthcare setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the therapy team and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
Requirements
- Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Required: Active PTA license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
- Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
- Preferred: Previous therapy or healthcare experience
