Position: Nurse Practitioner Hematology/Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic schedule, Monday Friday

• 36 hours of direct patient care per week (with additional admin/rounding time)

• Flexible hours between 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

• Average patient encounters per day

• Mix of Oncology (70%) and Hematology (30%, primarily benign cases)

• Primary focus on outpatient care with limited inpatient rounding

• Collaborative team environment with physicians and advanced practice providers

• Active Indiana or IMLC license required

• BLS certification required

• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
