This opportunity offers Monday through Friday coverage with day shifts at a hospital-owned primary care office, providing both clinical and administrative hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services to patients in a Family Medicine setting
- Manage an independent patient panel, with an average of 18+ office visits per day
- Conduct patient appointments scheduled in 15- and 30-minute increments
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Complete administrative duties with flexible scheduling for admin days
- Collaborate with office support staff and a tenured LPN
- Coordinate with a supervising physician who is available by phone when off-site
- Deliver care independently several days per week without on-site physician supervision
Additional Information
- Active Physician Assistant license required for New York
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Candidates with rural health experience strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
