Join a Large, Collaborative Anesthesia Team 4 CRNA Openings We are seeking dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic anesthesia care team near Trenton, South Carolina. This locum tenens assignment offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large, collaborative department consisting of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists operating under a Medical Direction Care Team model. Position Details Start Date: March 3, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Openings: 4 Schedule: Full-time 4x10-hour shifts (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) Call: No call required Location: Rotating coverage across three ambulatory surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia (weekly travel expected) Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality anesthesia care for general, GYN, orthopedic, urology, and vascular cases Document accurately using Epic EMR Operate equipment including Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines Collaborate closely with anesthesia techs and multidisciplinary support teams Deliver care for patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics Qualifications NBCRNA Board Certified Active South Carolina license or compact license DEA certification required ACLS mandatory; BLS/PALS preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant anesthesia experience Must commit to working every week during the assignment Local candidates (within 50 miles) are not eligible Additional Information Credentialing: 60 90 days Approximately 150 anesthetics performed daily across multiple settings (Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, and more) No regional or block skills required To apply, please call us at or email us at and reference job j-302786.
