Operating Room Assistant role; full-time shift-based schedule in Florida; permanent position at Memorial Healthcare System; no prior experience required. - Basic patient care skills or healthcare training preferred - Ability to work under stress and with minimal supervision - Effective communication and critical thinking - Decisive judgment and teamwork in OR environment - Must pass facility background/health checks
