Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Picker Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer
Location: Mount Vernon, IL (5100 Lake Terrace)
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour 
Shift: 1st (6am-2pm M-F), 2nd (2pm-10pm M-F), or 3rd (10pm-6am Sun-Th)

What’s the Job?

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners and inventory systems.

• Shipment Prep: Preparing shipments for delivery in accordance with Walgreens and Manpower standards.

• Inventory Support: Assisting with receiving, scanning, and stock replenishment while entering data into inventory systems.

• Safety & Maintenance: Operating warehouse equipment safely and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

• Team Contribution: Working closely with production leadership to meet daily submittal and output goals.

What’s Needed?

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.

• Technical Skills: Experience with RF scanners, data entry, and warehouse equipment (motorized material handling experience is a plus).

• Reliability: A high value is placed on consistent attendance and punctuality, especially during the initial onboarding period.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts and mandatory overtime as required.

• Background/Drug Screen: Ability to pass a 7-year background check and a 9-panel oral drug test.
