Clinic Manager – Winston-Salem (BrightBridge ABA)

BrightBridge ABA is opening a brand-new clinic in Winston-Salem and we’re looking for a Clinic Manager who’s excited by the rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. If you’re the kind of leader who loves creating systems, shaping culture, developing people, and adding your own touch to a space (yes, décor included!), this role is for you.
This is a chance to “run the show” with full support behind you: a strong back-office team, dedicated admin support, and ongoing mentorship from our Clinical Manager and Director of Clinical Services. You lead locally, and we support you!
What You’ll Do
Clinic Leadership & Culture
- Launch and lead our brand-new Winston-Salem clinic with ownership, pride, and creativity
- Build a warm, trauma-informed, assent-based environment for staff and families
- Shape the clinic vibe - from décor to workflow - to create a supportive, welcoming space
- Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and clinical excellence
Staff Management
- Hire, onboard, and train RBTs and BCBAs
- Provide ongoing coaching, professional development, and performance feedback
- Create staffing models and schedules that maximize quality of care
- Model leadership aligned with BrightBridge values: integrity, compassion, stability, and growth
Clinical Oversight
- Carry a small caseload, maintaining high-quality clinical care consistent with BrightBridge standards
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide caregiver training
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with best practices in trauma-informed, assent-based ABA
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient flow
- Partner with back-office functions including HR, Scheduling, Credentialing, Billing, and Intake
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic goals, metrics, and quality benchmarks
