Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU travel position requiring a KY or compact RN license and recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Hospital work setting with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week travel assignment
- Direct critical care of ICU patients
- Care for critically ill patients in collaboration with ICU interdisciplinary team
- Must provide references, skills checklist, and nursing license verification
- Certifications submitted may not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
Requirements
- Active KY or compact RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
