Title: Associate Dentist- FFS Practice
Location: Olney, Illinois
Status: Full Time (4.5 days per week)
Pay: $200,000-$400,000+
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the first six months.
- Paid on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (FFS practice)
- CE allowance of $4,000 Per Year

Clinical Expectations:
We are supportive as you grow, but expect you to:
- Provide precise, high-quality restorative care for your patients.
- Perform extractions (implant experience is optional; we will provide training).
- Learn advanced procedures (bone grafting, cosmetics, digital workflows).
- Use top-tier technology.
