Family Medicine Physician, traditional outpatient with optional OB; full-time, clinic-based in Clear Lake, IA; join 4 MDs and 3 APPs; 1/7 phone call rotation; immediate volume; employed position with benefits starting day 1; moving allowance up to $15,000; contract permanent. - BC/BE (must be board certified within 3 years of eligibility) - Eligible for H1B applicants / PSLF - Experience in outpatient family medicine; OB experience optional - Active medical license (IA) and malpractice coverage requirements - Ability to work in a busy practice with high patient volume

Offer Details

  • $150,000 bonus package!

  • $290,191 base salary!

  • Moving allowance up to $15,000
