We've got you covered.- You'll be part of a robust team, working alongside two Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team.- Our manageable patient volume (12-15 per day) allows you to spend more time with each patient.- Extended appointment slots (up to 40 minutes) to ensure comprehensive care.- Play a key role in your Care Team's daily huddles.You'll focus 100% on direct patient care, from face-to-face time to administrative tasks related to patient care. Our ideal candidate: - Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)- Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license- Ideally has 2-5 years of applicable experience- Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine- Has experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with an understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care environment- Knows Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators.Why join CenterWell?
