Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $170,000 to $185,000 annually (based on experience)
- 5 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $3,000 and 5 days

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family practice services in a near-site employer-sponsored clinic
- Deliver proactive, relationship-centered primary care to patients aged 2 and older
- Conduct 20-minute follow-ups and 60-minute annual wellness visits
- See 5 15 patients daily depending on season
- Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on wellness and prevention
- Dispense medications on-site and work alongside MAs and APPs
- Utilize available translation services to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
- Bilingual Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan (ages 2+)
Work Schedule
Week 1
- Monday: 8am 5pm
- Tuesday: 10am 7pm
- Wednesday Friday: 8am 5pm
Week 2
- Monday: Off
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am 5pm
- Thursday: 10am 7pm
- Saturday: 8am 5pm
