The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment upkeep in a senior living community. They respond to maintenance requests, oversee contractors, ensure safety protocols, and assist with event setup and resident transportation. The role requires prior maintenance experience, certification in refrigerants, and a valid driver's license, emphasizing a positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Participates in the oversight of outside contractors.
Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
Peforms routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment; maintains logs.
Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
Drives community vehicles, including transporting residents as needed.
Salary range: USD $25.50 - USD $29.25 /Hr.

Qualifications:
You have prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
CFC Refrigerant Certification or ability to gain certification within three months of hire.
Current driver's license in good standing.
You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
