- Thursday and Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility for 4-5 days
- 20 patients per day
- Family primary care practice
- Total patient census over 5600 -- primarily 45+ age group
- Hospital privileges required
- 4-month assignment with permanent potential
