About Mercy Float Pool:
If you thrive in dynamic environments and love learning something new every day, the Float Pool is your calling. You'll gain broad clinical experience, sharpen your assessment and communication skills, and work with a variety of teams across the hospital.
Units you may float to include:
- Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown
- Medical/Surgical/Cardiac Stepdown
- Cardiac Telemetry, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology
- Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Float Pool Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year)
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
