We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician - Hospitalist - OB in Michigan.

• Every Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Every Wednesday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• 2nd Tuesday of the month: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 1st & 3rd Friday of the month: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Start Date: June 15, 2025
  End Date: Ongoing until permanent hire

• Setting: Laborist program, 24/7 coverage on L&D and OB triage
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise OB/GYN residents (no exceptions)
  • Handle private practice deliveries
  • Manage some female-related GYN issues in the ER
  • Must be comfortable with C-sections, emergency D&C, and D&E
• Facility: Level 3 NICU staffed by neonatologists and APPs
• Hospital Beds: 27 beds + triage and OR
• Annual C-sections: 400 per year
• Support:
  • 24-hour anesthesia coverage for OB
  • Recently developed dry epidural program
  • OB/GYN residents available 24/7 (no APP coverage)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

• Board Certified OB/GYN - Required
• Michigan License - Highly Preferred (IMLC accepted)
• Clean Background/No Malpractice - Highly Preferred
• Local Candidates - Highly Preferred (open to full travel candidates)
• Must supervise residents - Required
