Orientation: Weekly – Mondays Local Rate Rule: Candidates must live 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel Facility Overview Major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico 47-bed acute care facility Approximately 300 healthcare employees Certification & Compliance Requirements All required certifications must be submitted at the time of submission (Certifications are not available on site) Client reserves the right to require additional certifications per LPNT checklist New Mexico State Requirement (LPNT) All clinical staff working in New Mexico must complete fingerprinting prior to hire and provide proof that the background check is in process. Travelers may start with a 14-day waiver while results are pending (Must work under supervision during this period) Requirement applies to all employees except physicians Each agency must have an account with NM Department of Health (DOH) Compliance teams must enter clinicians into the NM DOH portal to initiate background checks ORI Code: NM920160Z A determination code will be issued once results are available to proceed with fingerprinting
