This position offers immediate volume, a supportive physician-led administrative team, and excellent hospital partnerships. The service area has a high demand for Urology, providing the opportunity to build a busy practice quickly while enjoying a great quality of life in South Texas. Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions involving the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and urinary tract Perform office-based procedures such as cystoscopy, urodynamics, uroflowmetry, and bladder biopsies Conduct surgical procedures including TURP, ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, lithotripsy, and other minimally invasive surgeries Provide comprehensive care for both male and female urology patients Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes Supervise and mentor a well-trained ancillary team, including PAs, NPs, and nurses Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for Texas medical licensure Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care Experience with minimally invasive and robotic procedures preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity and quality incentives Signing bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME time and allowance Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling options About Mission, Texas: Located in the Rio Grande Valley, Mission offers an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and year-round warm weather.
