The Role:
As the Division Director for Residency, Fellowship and Research, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of clinical education throughout our Central Division. Based in a dynamic and supportive setting, you will ensure the organization and operational excellence of Clinical Academy programs across the care continuum. Your leadership will effectively align program initiatives with strategic goals, primarily focusing on nurse retention and professional development. You will spearhead the delivery of Clinical Academy curriculum to Transition in Practice nurses—Residents & Fellows—ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and increasing the number of PTAP-accredited facilities.

What You’ll Bring?
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree or higher if initial degree is in a non-nursing discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years of acute nursing experience; 7 years in supervisory roles; 3 years in nursing education preferred.
- Licensing: Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge in education program development, adult learning principles, and communication.
- Organizational Impact: Ability to assess clinical and organizational issues, influencing strategic direction effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Contemporary understanding of healthcare trends, standards, laws, and electronic systems.
