Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of post-acute and long-term care patients, including transfers, gait training, ADL retraining, and restorative programs.
  • Experience with documentation in electronic health record systems preferred.
  • Current TB test and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy may be required.
