Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
- Ability to manage a caseload of post-acute and long-term care patients, including transfers, gait training, ADL retraining, and restorative programs.
- Experience with documentation in electronic health record systems preferred.
- Current TB test and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy may be required.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30.
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
