Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a night shift RN for a Med/Surg inpatient unit requiring a MO or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an inpatient Medical/Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week travel contract assignment
• Patient caseload as typical for Med/Surg environments
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with local contract rules in effect
• Staff with a home address within 50 miles may only complete 3 consecutive local 13-week contracts before a 1-year break or transfer is required

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start, unless documentation of renewal is provided
• Must provide a valid U.S. Social Security Number
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
