Salary: $218,284 to $284,689 + benefits

Requirements to apply:

Current California Physician & Surgeon License with no pending or previous disciplinary action from any state licensing entity
Current and valid DEA registration
Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Two (2) years of experience working with a frail or elderly population required, preferably in a hospital or long-term care facility.
Computer skills and effective communication skills are a must
Self-motivated, flexible and a team player
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
