HVAC Controls System Designer Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls system design or installation
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and their operation
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and collaborate in a team setting
- Ability to develop creative, outside-the-box design solutions
- Willingness to travel locally or within the state for field investigations and project coordination
HVAC Controls System Designer – Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):
- Design control systems for commercial and government building projects
- Prepare system layouts, equipment selections, and technical specifications
- Assist with developing cost estimates

HVAC Controls System Designer Preferred Background & Skills:
