A health services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed OB Hospitalist to join their team at one of their facilities in Sussex County.
About the Opportunity:- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: 12 or 24 hour shifts (days & nights)
- Setting: Intermediate NICU, level 2
- EMR: EPIC
Responsibilities:The OB Hospitalist will:
- Assess pregnant women who present to the hospital, including those in labor or experiencing obstetric emergencies
- Assist with labor and delivery, providing care during the childbirth process
- Evaluate pregnant women who come to the hospital with pregnancy-related concerns or complications, such as preterm labor, bleeding, or high blood pressure
- Perform ultrasounds to assess the health and well-being of the fetus
- Educate pregnant women and their families about pregnancy, labor, and delivery, helping them make informed decisions about their care and addressing any concerns or questions
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey
- Board Eligible / Certified
