Contract Length: 12 weeksStart Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 40 hoursPrimary Location: Deaconess Gateway Hospital Newburgh, IN Shift Requirements: 5x8 Days Schedule - 0600-0700 Start timeFloat Requirements: Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both. Mid-shift floating is possible.On Call/Call-Back: On call 1x/week and every 6th weekend. 30 minute response time. Weeknight call starts after shift to following morning. Weekend call starts Friday after shift to Monday at 0700Weekend/Holiday: As Scheduled Required Certifications Attached upon Submittal: NBSTSA CST credentials AHA BLSMinimum Experience: at least 1 year CST in OR; 1 previous Travel assignment completed required Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: MUST HAVE STRONG SKILLSET IN THESE AREAS: Neuro/Ortho/Vascular.
