Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
- Assisting in equipment installations and upgrades
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a plastics or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, robotics and automated systems is a plus
- Able to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
