$100K sign-on bonus for a true laborist role with flexible 3x12-hour schedule. Full-time Laborist in New Jersey (short drive to Philadelphia/New York), 3 x 12-hour shifts/week with optional extra shifts; established group of 30+ providers; onsite MFM, 24/7 neonatology with Level III NICU; generous PTO and benefits. - Board-certified/eligible in OB/Gyn or completed residency in Obstetrics-Gynecology - Experience in labor and delivery preferred - Active NJ medical license or eligible - Ability to work 12-hour shifts and urgent obstetric care - Clear malpractice/credentialing status

Position Highlights:

• True laborist role joining an established group of 30+ providers
