Full-time/day schedule with early morning hours; onsite in North Carolina; ongoing position with employer benefits starting day one. - Master's degree and active NC licensure (LCAS-A/LCMHC-A/LCSW-A/LPC/LMFT)
- Ability to deliver ≥20 hours direct counseling/week
- Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, urine drug screening, and clinical documentation

About the RoleAs a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will deliver individual, group, and family counseling in an outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide patient-centered, recovery-focused care.

What You’ll DoConduct patient intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfersComplete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plansProvide individual, group, and family counselingMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationDeliver at least 20 hours of direct patient counseling per weekIdentify and address clinical and case management needsEducate patients on treatment, recovery, and health-related topicsCollect urine drug screens and patient photo identificationProtect patient confidentiality and the company's proprietary dataWhat You BringRequired Qualifications
