The In-Store Product Ambassador for Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning engages customers in a retail home improvement store to promote HVAC upgrades and schedule in-home consultations. This part-time role involves sales-oriented interactions, requiring a friendly personality, reliability, and availability on weekends. Training is provided with opportunities to progress into Sales Advisor positions.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
Schedule: Part Time weekends required

Qualifications:What You Need:
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
