The Lexus of Wichita Service Coordinator acts as the primary contact for clients, managing service appointments, follow-ups, and communication through various channels to ensure a seamless service experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, handling payments, maintaining vehicle records, and managing rebates and incentives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and help provide a seamless, high-quality service experience.
Compensation & Schedule
- $17.00-$19.00/hr
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments while providing an exceptional client experience
- Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and other follow-up tasks
- Manage incoming digital leads, live chats, and text messages to schedule service and address client questions
- Check for recalls, maintain service specials, and keep current with manufacturer notices
- Secure payments, scan customer information, and manage related paperwork
- Enter new and used vehicles into inventory, prepare folders, and manage deal jackets for the Sales Floor
- Verify eligibility and manage rebates, incentives, and lender stipulations for timely vehicle delivery
- Track appointments, manage the Plate Log, and assist with reconciliation of schedules and Notary deals
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 0–9 months automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
