• 4/10 Schedule

• 1:9 Call - Phone Call only
• 2 Patients per Clinical hour

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• MD/DO
• Must be Board Certified
• Licensed or must acquire PA license
• Leadership and training experience
