The role focuses on inpatient behavioral health care for adult patients aged 18 and older.
Position Overview:
- Full-time, hospital-employed position offering stability and career growth
- 25-bed inpatient behavioral health unit providing comprehensive psychiatric care
- Care for adults aged 18+ in a locked unit setting
- Monday through Friday schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring work-life balance
- Available office space for individual or group counseling sessions
- Collaborative support staff includes experienced behavioral nursing staff and social workers
- No competing inpatient behavioral health units within a 100-mile radius
- Opportunity to teach medical students, contributing to the next generation of healthcare providers
