The Chief Medical Officer for Prisons acts as the clinical cornerstone of this mission, offering strategic leadership and oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This role guides, mentors, and evaluates medical teams nationwide to promote excellence in outcomes, compliance with standards, and fulfillment of all contractual and client expectations.

Position Highlights

Lead and mentor a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
Ensure patients receive the highest quality care through consistent oversight, evidence-based standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Guide Utilization Management and policy development to promote efficient, patient-centered decision-making across all facilities.
Support provider growth and engagement through recruitment, coaching, and hands-on collaboration with NaphCare s innovative TechCare EHR platform.
Partner with executive and operations leaders to shape the future of NaphCare s clinical programs and expand access to compassionate, community-based care.
