The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia and pain management services for a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures in a collaborative and high-quality medical environment. This role offers standard 8-hour shifts with additional premium compensation for optional gap-shift coverage and paid home call responsibilities. Candidates require CRNA certification and licensure or eligibility, with experience preferred but new graduates supported through preceptorship.
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a surgical specialty organization in South Dakota to recruit multiple full-time CRNAs! This nationally recognized center is a leader in Orthopedics, Spine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and GYN, with a new Cardiac Cath Lab service line launching this fall. The team practices in a high-quality, collaborative environment with excellent scheduling, strong regional anesthesia volume, and a lifestyle-friendly call structure.
Practice Information
- Provide general, spinal, sedation, regional anesthesia, and pain management for a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Standard 8-hour shifts with optional gap-shift coverage at a premium rate
- Paid home call: 1 in 12 weekdays and 1 in 12 weekends, with additional compensation if called in
- A minimum of two years of CRNA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome with preceptorship available
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program and an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- CRNA certification and South Dakota licensure required or willingness to obtain
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Ortho and Neuro Spine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Plastics, Cardiac Cath, Minor Vascular, No open hearts or thoracic, No heads, 5%-10% healthy pediatrics
