The Psychiatric Technician (Psych Tech) supports patients in Carroll Hospital’s Behavioral Health Unit by providing direct care, observing behaviors, and assisting the clinical team in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve stability and recovery through compassion, patience, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
- CPR – American Heart Association certification required
- Behavioral/mental health experience required
