Position:
• Flexible scheduling: M-F 8-5
4 day work week
7 on 7 off
• Trauma level 3 hospital with the nearest level 1 trauma center 1 hour away
• 2 year partnership track + leadership opportunities available
• Customize your panel
• Referral is from 7 clinics, and a service area supporting a population of 70,000
• 1:4 on-call, for our 4 bed labor and delivery department, and emergency department
• Average 225 deliveries/year (30% cesarean)
• Nurse assigned with each physician
• H-1 and J-1 Visa's welcome
• Multi Specialties offered In-house
Offering:
• Compensation is 380k base Guaranteed for 2 years+ production hours($700k+ for top producers) with $100k sign on-50% with signing and 50% with starting/ $15k relocation assistance/ $2k CME
• 6 weeks of paid time off with Full benefits including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & full malpractice insurance
• Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements)
Requirements:
1. Board certified/Eligible - C-section's preferred
2. Active MN License upon starting
