Premium PRN float pay and wide clinical exposure across 23 OR/ASC sites. Float Pool RN - Preop/PACU. PRN day shifts (8-hr) within 5:30A–5:30P, M–F; minimum 1 shift/week; rotating 6-week schedules. Floats between Charlotte and Winston-Salem inpatient and ambulatory surgery centers; no fixed base. - NC RN license (or compact) required - BLS and ACLS required - Minimum 2 years combined Pre-op and PACU experience in inpatient & ASC settings - Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

What We Offer:

Surgical Services Float Pool- Enterprise Pre-op & PACU

  • Schedule: Day Shift, PRN. Department requires candidate to be available for 1 shift per week as the minimum requirements. Shifts are 8 hours, within a window of 5:30A-5:30P, M-F. Schedules done on a 6 week time tract.
  • Department: Pre-Op/PACU
  • Location: Candidate will float to both Charlotte and Winston Salem within both inpatient facilities and ambulatory surgery centers, 23 facilities total. This position does not have a set location.
  • Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of both preop and PACU experience, within both inpatient & ASC settings.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current RN license in NC (or compact state)
  • BLS required; ACLS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of Pre-OP and PACU experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
