We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time, permanent position near Fabius, NY. Position Highlights: Full-time Position: 2080 hours annually Flexible Shifts: Options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; no call required for CRNAs Shift Coverage: 1 CRNA in-house for evenings, nights, and weekends; shifts are part of a standard 40-hour work week Work Environments: Hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center Types of Cases: Vascular, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, cardiac cases, and minimal pediatrics (primarily adult and geriatric patients) Team Structure: Supervision by MDs (1:4 ratio, and 1:2 for cardiac cases) Trauma Level 2 Facility Qualifications: Board Certification as a CRNA (by start date) Active or eligible New York state license BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (by start date) COVID vaccination (required) Compensation & Benefits: Stipends: Cardiac CRNA stipend and retention stipend for the first two years Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurances, paid malpractice (with tail coverage) Generous Time Off: 7 weeks of paid vacation Retirement Savings: Employer-matching retirement program CME Allowance: Time and expenses for continuing medical education Preferred Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
