Assistant Nurse Manager

Relocation support and leadership incentives for shaping a brand-new Med-Surg unit. Assistant Nurse Manager leading clinical and administrative operations on a full-time, day-shift (8am–4pm) schedule at Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center, Wilmington, NC; ongoing role with structured onboarding and mentorship. - Current RN license in NC (required) - BSN required (BSN preferred at hire; grad degree preferred) - Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience (preferred) - Completion of unit-specific skills validation and competency testing - Completion of Leader Education & Training; facility-approved restrictive interventions training within 3 months (where applicable)

Location Details

• Location: 109 Scotts Hill Medical Dr, Wilmington, NC
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shift: 8am-4pm

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree BSN, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. 
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. 
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. 
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
