- BSN required (BSN preferred at hire; grad degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience (preferred)
- Completion of unit-specific skills validation and competency testing
- Completion of Leader Education & Training; facility-approved restrictive interventions training within 3 months (where applicable)

Location Details
- Location: 109 Scotts Hill Medical Dr, Wilmington, NC
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Shift: 8am-4pm
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree BSN, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
- Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
- Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
