- $2,000 Sign On Bonus
- Pay Rate: $63,000- 76,000 +
- Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Qualifications:
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy
- Must hold an Associates degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current valid BLS CPR card
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance.
