This role involves licensed and board-certified gastroenterology physicians conducting medical chart reviews and providing expert opinions for the Social Security Administration's disability appeals process. The position is remote, non-clinical, and allows flexible scheduling, ideal for physicians seeking supplemental income or transitioning away from patient care. Training and credentialing support are provided to ensure compliance and accuracy in medical evaluations.
Our company has a contract with the Social Security Administration (SSA) to provide actively licensed and board certified physicians who conduct medical chart reviews and opinions for the SSA disability appeals process.
This is flexible work and can be classified as remote non-clinical independent consulting. The volume of case work is quite high so you can participate as much as your schedule allows.
Training is provided and there is a credentialing process which we guide you through.
