Qualifications
- CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
- BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position.
- CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
- Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
- Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
- Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
