Compensation: $20.05/hr Increased based on production
How do our Semi-Skilled Technicians Drive Impact?
Our Semi-Skilled Technicians come in everyday and work hands on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team.
- Perform maintenance, including:
- Changing oil and filters
- Engine tune-ups
- Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses.
- Mount and balance tires
- Suspension
- Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks.
- Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)
- Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices.
We're Looking For:
- Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Reliable, team player mentality
- High standard for quality and attention to detail
- Self-starter with capability to manage your day.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years of age.
