A premier surgical practice in Mason City, Iowa seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon for a full-time role involving laparoscopic, open, and robotic surgeries, as well as clinic and ED consults. The team includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs, with dedicated block OR time using the DaVinci XI robotic platform and opportunities for teaching residents and medical students. Compensation includes a base salary with income guarantee, sign-on incentive, relocation allowance, CME funding, PTO, malpractice coverage, and retirement benefits.
