Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab
Location: Paynesville, MN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 – 16:30)
Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient rehab/TCU with some outpatient adult and limited pediatric caseload
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and daily living skills
Deliver therapeutic interventions for adult patients in inpatient and long-term care settings
Provide outpatient therapy services as needed, primarily for adult patients
Perform ongoing reassessments, progress tracking, and discharge planning
Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies, safety, and adaptive techniques
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support continuity of care
Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Experience working with adult patient populations, particularly inpatient rehabilitation and TCU
Ability to manage a mixed caseload of inpatient and outpatient patients
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Effective communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently during scheduled weekday shifts
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, transitional care units (TCU), and long-term care settings
Outpatient therapy experience
Pediatric outpatient experience (limited exposure)
Epic electronic medical record experience
