Job Summary
Hello ABA is looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Frederick, Maryland.

Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans.
• Incorporate ACT-based strategies to build psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, and values-driven action.
• Design and supervise strength-based, play-focused programming that centers client motivation and engagement.
• Utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to support generalization, spontaneity, and joy in learning.
• Train and mentor RBTs to implement teaching strategies with warmth, attunement, and fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support whole-child growth.
• Monitor progress through both data and observable indicators of well-being, especially the core markers of being happy, relaxed, and engaged.
Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Maryland licensure or eligibility required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Compensation and Schedule
• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $80 to $115
