Practice Setting

Schedule
- Full-time ongoing need starting in early spring.
- Consistent Monday-Friday daytime hours.
- Pager call only with a 30-minute response time.
- Hospitalists handle the majority of initial calls.
Procedures and Cases
- Medical oncology and infusion therapy cases.
- Collaborative care within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Daily volume of 15-20 patients.
- Oversight of the dedicated infusion suite.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology.
- Open to IMLC Physicians with an active Letter of Qualification.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience required.
- Active BLS certification.
Credentialing Requirements
- 90-120 day credentialing timeframe.
- Comprehensive credentialing support provided.
