Incoming candidate can expect:

Outpatient practice with minimal phone call
No weekends
Co house with primary care physicians
Ample support staff
Base salary +bi-annual incentive
Up to 495k base salary
Earning potential $600,000-$650,000
Excellent benefit package - health insurance effective on your 1st day of employment
18 days PTO + 9 holidays
