  • Compensation: - Starting Salary: $225k

  • Additional Info: JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the physician provides medical care to patients and clinical and/or administrative oversight of health department programs; serves as medical director of Primary Care and Homeless Health Clinic. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have graduated from an accredited school of medicine with a Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy degree (DO). - Must possess a State of Tennessee medical license or have applied for licensure in the State of Tennessee. - Must possess a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration. - Must have completed residency in Family Practice and must be board certified or eligible for board certification in Family Practice within one (1) year of date of hire. - Must possess a valid driver's license. - Prefer 1 year or more of leadership or management experience within a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
