- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day

- Location: Elgin, IL
- 35 miles NW of Chicago along the Fox River. Known for its rich history, particularly its connection to the Elgin National Watch Company, and for its vibrant arts and cultural scene, including the Elgin Symphony Orchestra and the Hemmens Cultural Center.
